        Went in today (Clitheroe) to ask a simple account question and was dealt with by a staff member. She was quiet elderly with dark hair. Her attitude and condescending manner were breathtaking, not that she didnt answer our query, it was the manner with which she did it. We were upset and insulted. Hold this feedback as a matter of record please because next time she speaks to us like that I will be pushing for a direct management intervention.
