Some staff can be a little abrupt sometimes and sadly some are not very knowledgeable about their offers ie 3 for 2. Insisted I couldnt mix and match brands of shampoo when in fact you can after checking with other stores.

Just been in to buy some perfume and Helen went out of her way to help us, even with our little daughter trying to escape she advised on the best deals and how to use the app to load points offers onto my card before use. Thanks Helen for making the whole experience much easier
