Zasman Vet Stoke Newington

My regular vet practice had no appointments and suggested I call around in the area which is how I happened to take my cat to the Stoke Newington branch. Fortunately they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Both the nurse and the vet were kind and helpful from start to finish. Joana, the vet listened to my concerns, asked lots of questions to get a clearer picture of what might be going on and did a thorough check up. I She was professional, respectful and overall provided great care and advice.

useless and scamming vet - receptionist also not very gifted. she cannot get a name spelt right. they charge you unnecessary treatment - very silly

Avoid at all costs. They will give medication to your pet without your consent and pressure you into purchasing their services. Vets dont really seem qualified and need to learn some people skills and manners. Medivet in general are so bad its only a matter of time before they are shut down for malpractice.

I would not recommend Zasmans unless you want your dog looked at as a pound note with no actual care. Took my dog last week and paid 320.00, problem not fix, took my dog yesterday and paid another 420.00 again problem not resolved and my dog has not eaten for 3 to 4 days properly and his general problem has been on going for much longer. Upon speaking with Zasmans today they wanted me to take my dog in again and pay more money and when I questioned this as to why they are not fixing the problem and keep charging me they would not see my dad unless I just pay, pay and pay which is disgusting. If I am paying a vet to help my dog and they do not resolve the problem it means they are not doing there job properly and why should we keep paying and paying. There should be some understanding to this and common sense brought into play. They have even been racist today and questioned why my in-laws brought the dog into the vets and cannot speak English, the reason for this is that we cannot keep taking days of work and paying huge vet fees without the problem being resolved. They have been extremely rude and all they want is Money. Zasmans is also a Medivet company and not actually Zasmans anymore and since this change over all they care about is money and not your animal. Disgusting service, rude staff and questionable knowledge for animal care. This is only about this current experience and between myself, my partner and father with 3 different dogs we also have experienced further bad services from this and other branches. Which if needed I breakdown in a further review.
