We called for an emergency drainage issue and a plumber was with us within an hour. Shane was very friendly and professional. They couldnt solve the issue for us but didnt charge us for their work which was very kind - thank you!

In the midst of a winter freeze, my boiler broke down. A boiler engineer quickly scheduled me for service, worked around my schedule, and did a fantastic job getting it back up and running. Quick, effective, affordable, and customer-focused. I wholeheartedly endorse.

New boiler fitted. Excellent price and installation staff helpful and knowledgeable. My system was particularly difficult because the flue was installed in roof space. The engineers went out of their way to solve the difficulties and completed as per quote in the same day.

I called to ask for someone to have a look at our misbehaving hot water tank to give a quote on either repair or replacement, not urgently as we still have hot water. I wanted to support a local business and was pleasantly surprised that their website specifically says no call out fees. Turns out it's not true. I was told the charge would be 125+VAT for a call-out to come to diagnose the problem (and I live close by). I wouldn't have been annoyed if the website didn't explicitly write "no call out fees" in black and white. Other providers I had called just moments before were quoting either no-fee or 50% less, so this isn't even reasonable. To top it off the person hung up on me when I was midsentence saying I felt their call out fee was too high. I'm quite patient and usually give benefit of the doubt, but in this case I really can't. This was just rude and unprofessional, and it incensed me enough to write this.
