Consistently unable to process repeat prescription orders.

I was generally feeling unwell and then experienced pain while passing urine. I went to the surgery and was given a sample bottle, was told the doctor would ll me later. 20 minutes later I was called and had a telephone consultation and told my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. Icollected my prescription and all this was achieved in under 2 hours. Not only that but the next day I was telephoned by reception giving me an appointment for a physiotherapist for my painful back and then received a text message my doctor reminding me to pop in the next week for another sample to ensure the infection had cleared up completely . This is an excellent of health care given with kindness and complete professionalism . I feel blessed to have such an excellent medical practice.
