I have known Leo Dolias for six years: a highly educated/trained and vastly experienced psychotherapist providing in person and online sessions, Leo's approach is a deeply personal and relational one, which has been crucial to help me overcome personal difficulties. I have deeply appreciated what I later learnt was called "integrative" therapy, where various therapeutic models are applied according to the client's needs, a step away from one-dimensional, and some time unwieldy, approaches. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Been talking to Leo for a few years now and hes genuinely helped me navigate some tough times and help me develop a better understanding and tools to look forward to the future with more confidence . Online makes it a lot more convenient with my freelance and slightly unstructured lifestyle .
