        Love this shop! They stock a bunch of my favourite brands (e.g. Hay). If you need a small gift, or to treat yourself with good design - worth a visit

        Rude customer service! After making a purchase and then asking one of their staff members for help with another item, I was loudly accused of not purchasing my item that was in a bag. This was yelled across the room with all other patrons looking at me. Completed humiliated I showed them the payment on my bank statement and they dismissed me, failed to apologies and chatted about it to the customer they were serving. To think that kind of customer service is okay is appalling.

        Handy neighbourhood shop selling home accessories, storage, stationery, greeting cards, cute gifts and other lovely things. Many products have a utility design. Excellent store to browse if you want to buy a gift or if you want to cheer yourself up with a little present for your home office.
