I attempted to book an inspection of my property, however Ray wanted to be paid over 700 in advance, before I had even met him, and before he had carried out the inspection and provided a report. I raised that this was highly unorthodox given that most professionals invoice you following the delivery of services. He therefore cancelled the appointment. It does seem rather odd to me that he is demanding payment ahead of providing a service. I was concerned that his approach towards me was rooted in some sort of bias. I do hope not!

We hired Ray to investigate a crack on the external wall of a property we are about to purchase. Our property is based in East London and we wanted someone local. We received a very detailed and helpful report on time. Naturally, we were a bit apprehensive due to some not so positive reviews, but our experience was overall very positive and we would happily recommend or hire DMC again.

Thereafter, comprehensive written report received in a timely manner by email and post. Excellent throughout. Has extensive knowledge of North London properties.
