A couple of weeks ago I had past life regression therapy with Gemma, and it was insane! My mind was blown away from the session so much I had to take a nap afterwards to help try and process everything! Gemma instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable to be vulnerable and open up to her. The journey she took me through was amazing, and at the end the meditation, the mirror smashed which confirmed I helped cut a cord from a past life that no longer serves me in this one. Gemmas guidance and support was so lovely, and I highly recommend having any session with her. I definitely brought us together for a reason, and Im so grateful! I will definitely be contacting Gemma again in the future for another session, especially for inner child healing work. Spirit brought us together for a reason
