        I cant fault I&S Stoves. We have several cottages in the highlands of Scotland. All have log burning stoves. Two days before Hogmanay one of our cottages had a glass break on the stove door. This was not ideal at all, with temperatures at -6C and a young family staying with us. I&S Stoves were fortunately operating between Christmas and New Year and sent out replacement glass. It arrived 7.30am the next day (New Years eve). Sue at I&S Stoves was extremely helpful and followed up on the online order with a telephone call and emails. So relieved and thankful to have a business that cares thank you for all your help
