There are way too many hidden costs. To move 2 suitcases by 50 miles it costs over 430 GBP,!!!! absolutely outrageous!!!! If you are moving to another city i highly recommend NOT using this service!!!!!

I was blown away by this service. The staff were extremely personable and very helpful. They gave solid advice about what amount of storage we would likely need. They were really flexible - they brought two pods in case we needed them, but we only needed one in the end so they just charged us for one. They were quick, reliable and communication was impeccable. We got texts messages keeping us updated about timings for pick up and delivery of our stuff. Really outstanding customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

If you move from another country to the UK "DO NOT TAKE A BOOK AT easyStorage" We moved to the uk a month ago, we had no alternative but to choose this storage. Since we took this place everything is with advance appointments, but very early!!! they are not available to the client, it is you who must adapt to their schedule and that is unfair!!! In our case, our things should be taken out of that place on the first day of October and we had to wait until their availability on October 6, calling two weeks in advance.Also for this time that your things will continue to stay in the pod, you pay more money, and the one who brings your things 100 pounds for only 10 minutes it takes them to get your things in your house, really that is economic abuse!!!Really, if you are in another country and you move to the UK, I do not recommend this place"easyStorage" because it is spending a lot of money and they are the ones who decide when they will give your things because they are very busy people, but if so and they do not supply themselves because they have this area, totally disappointed!! My worst choice!!! I really would not return to this place. People who take phone calls are very tight and closed!!!
