Emma has kept us informed from day 1 with scheduling the start date and gaining any info she needed from us. We were informed of our payment schedule before work commenced so we knew exactly what we were paying and when.
Ben and the team on site have been friendly and polite and nothing seems like too much trouble. We had some issues with the delivery of our kitchen units which caused unexpected delays however, Ben and the team took it in their stride which definitely helped to stop my unnecessary panic!
Their project management and communication is excellent. Building work is disruptive at the best of times, but the team left everything as tidy and mess free as possible throughout to minimise disruption for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
