        Recently moved out of a flat managed by Simply Homes. Communication was lacking and had to constantly chase up regarding the check out inspection and the deposit return. Website isn't up to date, most of the numbers don't work and one of them even doesn't work at the company anymore.

        As per the previous review avoid like the plague!!! This is the most disgusting money grabbing and useless estate agent I have ever used! Never reply and if they do it's always "let me chase that up" and then never hear back! Nothing ever gets done and yet they are happy to take your money and leave you living in a cold damp flat for over a month!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is all about the money and nothing else! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

        I have never been with a worse estate agents. They never reply to your problem with the property and if they do they lead you on a wild goose chase until you stop asking them. There has been many problems with my flat and every time I email or call they never answer and if you talk to them in person they say theyll sort it but they never get back to you and never sort it. Never go with this company they are terrible and never sort thing, they only want your money they dont care about you! Service: Property management
