Received a delivery this morning upon opening I was met with some thawed out rats contacted TSM by phone the guy I spoke with was really kind and helpful when I told him about the issue to which he offered to ship more out to me at no cost and also refund me for the thawed out rats 10 out of 10 for there customer service they could have brushed my issue under the sofa but instead went above and beyond to help, I look forward to future purchases from them and make TSM a permanent supplier for my reptiles. After struggling to find reasonably priced frozen food due to usual supplier being out of stock for ages I came across TSM online and ordered. Communication is excellent, regular updates on my order and was given a 1 hour delivery slot. Everything arrived on time, frozen solid and looks to be really good at a really good price. Will definitely be using TSM from now on thank you and keep up the good work!
