        The Hot tub I have purchased from Nicola and the team at Arctic Spas is the first I have bought and I must say I couldn't be happier. I only had a basic idea of what I wanted, and Nicola guided me through the pro's and cons of various models before I settled on the one we got. Delivery took longer than at first hoped, but I was kept informed every step of the way. Mick was absolutely great when it came to the install, and gave us clear and concise instructions to make sure we could maintain the water quality and get the best out of our tub. It is a big purchase, but worth every penny, and knowing we have the support of Nicola and her team if we need it gives us added peace of mind. It's a pretty good way to spend the lock down too!
