        Receptionist told me to use E-consult and then after completing the e-consult pages the consult tells me to contact the surgery. Just a waist of time. Was a great doctors but now it's terrible.

        Never any appointments, e- consultants turned off and actively directing patients to a&e! We should be protecting our hospital not sending people there for routine primary care issues.

        Absolutely poor service, nobody answer the phones. You cannot see a doctor, and then if you go to A&E they will ask you why you are coming there, well simply because you cannot see a doctor. How will they cope with 200-350 more houses there, they are already horribly unable to cope with present.

        Would be 0 stars. Another appointment time at drs convenience, not mine. Appointment of delicate nature carried out in the car with 2 children listening! Brilliant!! You used to be able to choose a time that's convenient, when you have privacy, not anymore, and I had to wait 3 week for this consult.A disgrace.
