        Awful service, very rude and unfriendly. We won't be taking our dogs back again. I thought you had to be an animal lover to be a vet. The man is extremely rude every time you deal with him.

        Absolutely disgusting service thought my dog was literally on her last breath and needed a vet ASAP and this was the closest one to where we was as we travelling for are holidays. When I rang i told the guy on reception what was happening and the situation that a just needed help as a was so scared the my dog was going to die and dint think that i had much time to be told very rudely NO DO NOT BRING THE DOG HERE WE ARE NOT WILL TO HELP YOU MUSH FINE ANOTHER VETS AND PUTS PHINE DOWN not sorry we don't have the facility to help but try this one. Just no help what so ever shocking
