It was my first time visiting this practice. I was early and was able to be seen straight away. It was a painless procedure and I felt so much better after. Would definitely go back again if need to.

Excellent service. Anca was very professional and explained the micro suction process and how it works and what it would feel like. Anca also asked if I had any underlying health problems and if I was on any medication. Very professional. The process was painless and rather soothing! Would definitely recommend.

I previously saw Breda, who was lovely, about 2 years ago, but my ears blocked up again so I booked back in at the Microsuction Ear Wax Removal Network as the results last time had been so good. This time, I was seen by Anca, who was professional and very polite. I had followed the "Waxbusting Protocol" from the web site and the procedure went very smoothly - a testament to Anca's skill. I would recommend this team as they have never let me down.

Very pleasing experience all around. I saw Ms Anca Candet, who was very friendly and made the whole visit super smooth. It is excellent to have been able to get complete hearing. I was explained how and when to use the Olive oil. I was given a lot of advice.
