        This place is a God send.... my mother is always clean, happy to be around others and relaxed. Her needs are met, staff are very friendly and reassuring. It's never an ideal situation, putting someone in a home, especially those whom you love the most, but placing mum here eases the pain and guilt.

        I FEEL THAT THE STAFF AT KENT LODGE HAVE TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF THE RESIDENTS HERE .THEY ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY ,WARM AND VERY APPROACHABLE, AND HAVE TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF MY FATHER- HIS ROOM IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND HE LOOKS MUCH BETTER NOW ,THAN HE DID WHEN HE WAS HOSPITAL - THANKS TO THE MANAGERS THERE AND NURSES.

        Kent lodge passes all expectations EXCEPT Safety and care. By all means use this wonderful location. but visit daily and do not be afraid to interfere.... it could save a life. I wish I had actively interfered..... M. Liggins

        Shaw healthcare is amazing. They deliver the best possible, person centered approach that focuses on the well being of the clients. Shaw only employs the best staff in the area and they make sure that the clients are well looked after. I would highly recommend Shaw healthcare to anyone who wishes to use care facilities.
