Had a great experience dealing with Sukh on a recent purchase. He was very clear, upfront and helpful during the whole purchase as well as after it was complete. He communicated with me and all the relevant parties with a great deal of patience and in a very timely manner. Could not recommend using his services more!

Sukh is a great person to do business with. He is honest with the valuations right from the outset and has detailed analysis of the housing market locally and regionally with data to backup any claims. He gives time to understand your needs and timelines. His clientele is predominantly professionals which means hes able to market your property to a certain demographic which could result in better sales value. Hes very good at arranging viewings and following through. He will give you unbiased advice on any property - we were looking to purchase our next house in outskirts of London and Sukh kindly visited the property we had shortlisted and gave us sound advice about offers and valuations. When required he chased up different parties in the chain to ensure a timely exchange. I would highly recommend Saints to anyone.

Sukh Sra is what we all hope an Estate agent would be. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and has great empathy and understanding. It has been a very difficult and emotional time, selling my parents home after they passed away. Sukh has made the whole process easier to bear through his support and professionalism.
