As someone who suffers from GAD I found them very nice and helpful, they will meet with you in convenient locations and times that are good for you. Instead of just writing you a new CV or cover letter they offer templates and talk you through the process to help you learn how to do them yourself better and offer help and encouragement on where you can look for work and practical steps to take to help yourself.
