Appeared to have called me in Australia for marketing purposes (nuisance call), after speaking to them, possibly hacked line or similar. Seemed to handle my frustration well.

Found this Company after searching for Ballerina Kitchens which are made in Germany and made contact with them in Jan 2021. Prior to this we did speak to other dealers of Ballerina but was not convinced over the phone. When we spoke to Vim the owner and explained that we are rebuilding our entire house and wanted to get a Kitchen company onboard to work with the architectural drawings before signing off the internal walls with the builders he put us through to Dipesh as he is the one who specialises in designing kitchens. It took us 2 months to finally sign off and in between made several major changes and NOT once did he complain or sound annoyed. We were never committed to purchasing anything from them and even even at this point they never asked for a deposit of any sort to commit a sale based on the hours they spent on our project. In the end we finally placed the the kitchen order with them and was told upfront how long it will take to arrive from Germany. The timing was very important for us. Also only because of their professionalism we also ended up ordering all our appliances which were Siemens IQ700 Studioline, Blanco Sinks, Quooker taps and a few other bits from them. I was to happy to pay a little more to them for appliances as I did not trust online companies fulfilling the order on time. Kitchen was fitted in December and the whole family is so happy especially the wife. Happy wife is happy life. We also ended up purchasing all our bathrooms items from their sister company Bathwise. They are an all in one stop shop and that really made our life easier especially when we had such a huge project on our hands.

Company offers a wide range of quality products. Absolutely amazing service. The staff is extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. We bought both bathroom and kitchen appliances, cabinets and splash-back and couldn't wish for better results. It is the best company we dealt with, totally recommend it.

Both Dipesh and Vim were excellent; very helpful and understanding in meeting my needs and especially in the aftermath of appalling installation from previous installers. Brilliant team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new kitchen and bathrooms.
