A friend highly recommended Adrian. I went to see him with shoulder pain. To my surprise after just one session I was able to sleep through the night. Adrian is very flexible as far as securing a slot with him is concerned. He is very accommodating with last minute bookings as well as booking far ahead. He offers incredible focus in his approach to finding out the underlying cause of the problem and applying the appropriate treatment. it feels great to be attended to in such a caring, holistic and skillful manner. Highly Recommended!

Nothing compares to Shiatsu, particularly when administered by a master practitioner like Adrian. He has a unique way of detecting the root cause of the problem and as one's energy patterns change between treatments, Adrian navigates arround the person's presenting needs, making each session as effective and pleasurable as the one before. Thank you Adrian for helping me with my lethargy and my back pain.

A wonderful experience in the hands of Adrian. I had never had cupping before and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try it. I felt very at ease in his environment, and he was extremely welcoming. I had one of the best nights sleep that day. Thank you, Adrian, we will do this all over again very soon.

Adrian COX Shiatsu Ive suffered from pain in the back of my knee since a car accident in 2016, they call it baker cyst. It causes flare-ups and instability. Gradually it got worse and started causing aches in the lower back and hip, due to the imbalance. I recently discovered Adrian at Vitruvian wellness, in belsize Park and had a few sessions with him. Shiatsu is very good to balance the mind and body and spirit. Adrian Is a very sensitive practitioner and works like a detective to find the culprit in the body. The treatment is very relaxing and mostly done on a futon on the floor After the first session I noticed an improvement in walking and using stairs. I also seemed to be taller.and felt more relaxed and focused. I had several sessions with him weekly and felt a lot better. I highly recommend

I've had three massage sessions with Adrian and enjoyed them thoroughly. His professionalism, massaging skills and friendliness are immediately obvious. As is his ability to hold a safe and warm interpersonal space, which for me is key to letting go and relaxing. I am still mystified by the pressure points that can alleviate pain when engaged, as it was my experience during the last session during which pain sensation in my tummy disappeared. Just to mention a few other outcomes: my back pain and mental fatigue have also improved. All that motivates me to consider studying Shiatsu Massage.
