        Such incredibly poor execution and laughable customer service. Michael, Id encourage you to try treat your customers with some level of respect instead of trying to rip them off. Happy to discuss if you need more constructive advice, but as it stands would avoid. Some level of courtesy discount / refund should be expected if the work was so poor we had to essentially pay someone else to correct the bad job.
