        I used the service for several times before and was quite happy with the service until they ruined my cashmere jumper (that was its first time dry cleaning) and it significantly shrank (not possible to wear) and steamed/ironed my trench coat and destroyed the fabric by too hot temperature. I tried to negotiate compensation but they did not listen to. Not suitable for delicate clothes. Services: Ironing, Organic dry cleaning, Clothes pressing

        I often used them. But just came on holiday and unpacked my rayon dress which is supposed to be cold hand washed. I'm gutted! The dress has lost it's vibrant red and blue colours. I have a belt which was never dry cleaned and it clearly shows the difference. I can't attach the image but I will be coming back to ask for compensation when back from holiday in September. This dress costed me 250!!!!
