The best dry cleaners ever always ready on time and my clothes always come back looking brand new and also the best customer service I been going too reeves for 10 years not once a complaint always 10/10 Service I highly recommend guys!!

Horrendous! He completely ruined a designer coat by using the wrong type of chemical for the fabric. I had photos taken before the coat was cleaned (as I was about to sell the item). Upon collection, I gave him the receipt (showing the service he had sold me) complained about the damage he had done, and showed him the before photos. With full awareness that he was responsible for the damage, and whilst holding the receipt in his hand, he looked me in the eye and said do you have any proof that we did this? . Absolutely shocking. Not even a hint of an apology! The worst consumer experience I have had. Really- avoid at all costs!

Tried to charge me 50p for a collection ticket for my item. Said thats how much the paper costs. Shame I cant leave 0 stars.
