Had a quite similar issue like the other 1 star review. My case was a bicycle oil accident with my backpack. After 1 week waiting the backpack came back still dirty. They did not even gave a proper look because it's still full of everyday use dust and little bits of rubbish in the interior of the pockets. Money down the toilet basically. Avoid if you need any kind of specialist cleaning.

Do not recommend, avoid. They lie about specialist cleaning just to get your money. They inspected our garments, said they could remove the smoke from a house fire as they had done it before so they knew the fabric and situation beforehand. Reassured us it was no problem. At collection one of the garments still smelt of smoke, there was no difference and the garment was new so did not need any cleaning other than treatment to remove smoke. The owner said smoke could not be removed from wool which he did not say beforehand and then charged FULL PRICE for a service he could not do. He was being very shady to say the least, he just lied to grab money from us. Owner should do something else, dry cleaning is clearly not his game. He can only do standard cleaning, positive reviews relate to that. Here is the thing: do not charge if you cannot deliver what you promise. Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I have loved this place for eight long years with no any tiny problems. I still love them all from Japan. Even after three years strong since I came back, it remains difficult to locate any better ones like this in this country.
