Top Flight Lofts

Like many we were advised to have a few quotes. The initial service we had from Top Flight was very confidence inspiring. We were impressed that they were willing to put in the footwork with explaining procedures and doing a plan for us even though they might have never have got the job. We had a few 'price out a hat merchants' and we could see why it's a minefield. Very happy with this company, lots of info and support from the outset and we love the finished job and what it's done for our home. Thanks Adam and Jenny.

Well, looking at the few reviews here it would seem that our experience was the same as most, very good. Lovely room and bathroom plus reliable professional service ... even the two Directors visited whilst under construction. Thanks.

Bad customer service!! I interviewed three separate companies to do our loft. We really liked the salesperson for this company as he was very enthusiastic and seemed reliable. Unfortunately, he wasn't overseeing our project. Instead the person who ended up being in charge was never there, as we were on the 'wrong side of town'. The head builder on site was a lovely man but very ill throughout. The windows for the loft were not ordered on time, so the whole project took way longer than promised. Top Flights team of builders is great, but unfortunately the head management is very disorganized and complaints are handled very poorly. Overall customer service terrible, had to chase them up everyday to get the job done! All they care about is getting their money, not happy customers.
