Fantastic classes to get this Mum back into fitness! Sophie is clearly so knowledgeable and passionate about women's health and restoring fitness (and confidence!) in new Mums. I feel confident that in these classes I'm moving my body in the right ways to grow strength. Thanks Sophie!

Ive tried a few post-natal exercise classes since having my son last May but none have felt as friendly, engaging and fun as Sophies classes. Her classes have a brilliant structure and really challenge me on the days I have the energy, but Sophie also provides alternatives if you need to go more gently. Its a really welcoming environment and every week is different. Sophie is clearly very knowledgeable about womens health so its feels like youre in great hands. I honestly look forward to Wednesdays so much now, it gives me a real lift. Dont hesitate to sign up to her classes! :)

Sophie's return to movement plan gave me the confidence I needed to get back into fitness after having my son in October last year. The plan is easy to follow and the workout videos were exactly the right level of difficulty and length for me after a long break from exercise. It feels as if Sophie is in the room with you. Her supportive and positive nature really comes through. I can recommend the plan to anyone looking to get back into exercise after having a baby. Jo Lake (using my husband's account!)

Ive just completed Sophies Return to Movement online programme and Im so pleased! Not only was the plan so well tailored to the needs of new mums, but Sophie was so encouraging, both on the videos and personally. So grateful for the support and the 90 days to complete it in too - as babies tend to not let you stick to your original plans! The focus on Core and toning were well explained, and encouraging correct breathing to help your post-natal body to adjust and build up gradually was something I would never have thought of, but Im so glad I did. Thank you so much
