I hired a Fiat 500 today to visit my sister in Cheltenham. The car was lovely, so clean. The nice man even heated it up. Not only that he asked me what I listened to on the radio and tuned it in to Radio 4 for me. Superb value for money and faultless service. Thank you so much for making my day. I shall return.

O.K. This is a 5 star review. That means that this company fulfilled all the criteria of hiring a car for the day with grace and expertise. I am so glad I hired from them. First: The car and it's modern keyless starting etc were explained in great detail whilst sitting in the car. Second: The ID documents and Licence check were explained before hiring on the day. Thirdly: All previous scrapes were clearly shown before the car was driven away even though they were all very minor. Fourthly the manor with which I was treated by Phil from the initial telephone enquiry through to the departure was polite and pleasant. Fifth: When I next need to hire a car in Clevedon this will be my first and hopefully last enquiry. Clevedon Car and Van Hire you have my custom. Well done 5 *
