Very poor customer service that came with a list of excuses. There was a driver showing as available when they weren't, then when I called to get an update I was told there was traffic around Portishead and then when when I finally got in the taxi it was pointed out that I asked for a taxi at the wrong time of day due to school runs. I felt the need to point out that the tickets were booked for me and I had no say in the timing. My driver who got called in early had to wait for me as I didn't even realise they had pulled up, there was hardly any communication. After waiting for over half an hour I still had to pay the full price, despite the long wait and being mucked around. I appreciate the driver was trying to be nice, but it felt like a blame game, and what did I expect? Not going to use in future unless I have to.
