Heres an idea . See that thing with the buttons on with numbers on them? . Well thats called a telephone when it makes a ringing sound youre meant to pick the other part of it up and speak into it and maybe give an idea when or if vital medication is going to arrive . Just an idea

Get there at 13:04 as i obviously need my medication, to be told oh we are closed and won't be open until 14:00. Maybe it's an idea to pop it on your opening hours so customers are aware. Some people may need to walk etc and it could take them awhile to get there only to be told we are closed.

Opening times are never correct and always shutting early plus have someone behind the till be cannot offer any services
