I have just had a mortgage offer confirmation which was great news. However this was down to one person, Gemma Palmer from Zest Mortgage Brokers. Gemma work relentlessly to get me the correct mortgage, with the best deal that suited my needs. Anything I had asked in relation to the mortgage, Gemma responded straight away and often worked after hours when needed. A well deserved 5 star service (well worth a 10 star review but it only goes up to 5) Blast!!!))

Gemma was very professional and always kept communication regularly during the process of buying a house. Gemma went above and beyond, she was always able to answer any queries very quickly. Once we had a mortgage agreed she continued to interact with solicitors and the estate agent ensuring everything was moving along efficiently as it was supposed to. We will be using Gemma again in the future.

After failing to buy a house with few mortgage advisers finally was possible to get keys of our lovely house thanks to Gemma Palmer help. Due to previous bad experience regarding dealing with mortgage advisor sometimes involuntary I was rude durring the conversation having perception that our case not moving forward quick enough. Despite my attitude Gemma has had enough patience to deal in professional manner and convince myself that everything goes well. During whole process of purchasing she was very professional by keeping me posted all the time about any news or issue. If you intend to buy a house do not hesitate to have a chat with Gemma first you'll never regret about it!
