Dolphin Lifts (Western) Ltd

We took three quotes before booking a stairlift installation for my father. Dolphin Lifts beat the other two both on price and professionalism, offering a good reconditioned unit and being the only company to offer a solution that wouldn't damage a Victorian tiled floor. Unfortunately we had to cancel the installation at the last minute due to my father's care needs deteriorating, but Tom has decently offered to store the bespoke rail free of charge in case it's needed in the future for my step-mother. The company was recommended to me by a local NHS occupational therapist, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on experience to date.

I have had several lifts installation and repairs from Dolphin Lifts Bristol and their customer services is always great. They make sure you feel comfortable being around them while the lift is being installed and that you understand how the lift works and if you have any concerns, or questions. My installer was Mark and he worked very neat and cleaned up after himself ever step. He was polite, listen and understanding and I appreciate that. He also wore his mask the whole time he was here and I appreciated that. The whole service was pleasant and I was comfortable in my home whilst Mark was here. Excellent service, friendly work man cleaned up after. Explained how to use the lift nothing was to much trouble would recommend 100% thank you for giving me my independence back

A1 service from start to finish. We had a stair lift for mum fitted by Simon from Dolphin lifts western,he explained everything to her and completed an excellent job. Very clean and tidy nothing to much hassle. The stair lift has changed mum's life in a day! Great work, keep it up. Many thanks . Rob Stagg
