The process of enquiry, quotation via Paul Wilkinson and the installation by the Father & Son installers went so easily it was a pleasure to deal with the company - so much so we have decided to install more windows to the back of our property from of course Britania Windows.

we had three front windows fitted downstairs and two upstairs as well as a front door, the materials were good quality and the whole process was faultless, the fitters and surveyor were brilliant, very friendly and helpful as was customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Britannia windows to anyone.

Britannia Windows rebuilt our ageing conservatory, transforming it into a modern sunroom in late 2022. Our customer journey was a very good one until the agreed start date, when we were informed on the day that the firm date we had been given in writing was in fact provisional. It transpired that because we had not confirmed the date ourselves it was reallocated and our project was moved back three weeks. Of course we had already moved all the furniture out by this time into other rooms, and consequently this delay was very inconvenient and frustrating. We lodged a complaint with the company over the delayed start, which took almost five months to be responded to, during which time we withheld the final payment. The Company did finally apologise for letting us down and agreed a compensation sum with us. Turning to the product we are totally happy with the quality of the build. The fitting team were diligent, efficient and courteous. We would also commend Britannias subcontractors who undertook electrical and plastering work for us. Overall Britannia did a very good project for us at a competitive price, but let themselves down by their poor customer service.
