A lady by the name of Bev in the esales department was excellent. Extremely helpful and professional. She is a credit to Titan ladders. Would definitely use this company again. I have one of their large stepladders too, which is great. I recommend this company 100%.

Update - Money finally refunded with no communication or explanation! I can only assume they are no longer trading. Looking at the parent company, CD Broadhurst Ltd, Google says they are permanently closed. Shame they couldn't be bothered to pull the plug on the website. Ordered a triple section ladder 2 weeks ago - no sign of it yet ! For two days I can't get a reply to emails and no answer on the phone, how can i tell if it's on the way or not? Gave permission to leave outside if no one home but going away for a week in a couple of days, no way to let anyone know and if it's delivered it could well end up stolen. Really disappointed by the late delivery and complete lack of communication. It may turn out to be the best ladder I've ever owned but the dismal customer service means I won't be ordering again.
