Do not get involved with this club or 'instructor'. This club appears to have folded which could not have happened sooner as it appears to be little more than a 'belt factory' that wants your money up front. Proper martial arts training does not work this way: genuine clubs let students pay per lesson and make up their own minds about training without financial pressure. I once caught the 'instructor' hanging outside my child's primary school in Bristol - without the school's permission - trying to enlist parents into his terrible club. Stay well away from this club and the man who runs it.

a very strange experience to be honest. we went into what was an office to do our training at the top of a converted church. the self defence techniques involved shouting the word "no!" at an attacker while stepping back which made us feel a bit ridiculous. we did not enrol onto the black belt course after being asked to pay a fairly large upfront payment. it felt like a con.

DO NOT TRAIN WITH THIS SCHOOL NO SHOWS FOR LESSONS POOR TUITION OWES A VENUE HE USED HUNDREDS OF POUNDS SEVERAL EX STUDENTS OF GARY BAKER SUING HIM HE IS A OUT AND OUT JOKE AND CON MAN. HIS TUITION IS PATHETIC (I TRAIN ELSEWHERE NOW AND CAN TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE.) FOR GODS SAKE DONT TRAIN WITH THIS MAN. THE BELT GRADING SYSTEM IS ONE MADE UP BY GARY BAKER AND MEAN NOTHING. FOR A PROPER GRADING YOU HAVE TO BE GRADED BY ANOTHER SENSEI. GARY BAKER DOES IT HIMSELF. THIS IS WORTH NOTHING IN THE WORLD OF MARTIAL ARTS. HE HAS PEOPLE CHASING HIM HERE THERE AND ANYWHERE AND HE OWES MYSELF 2 BELT FEES AND THE TUITION HE DIDNT TURN UP FOR GIVING NO REASON FOR NOT TURNING UP. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE. DONT BE CONNED PLS
