        Celia was so helpful when my Mum and I visited a couple of weeks ago, she suggested we come back with the dress which we did immediately. She was able to perfectly matched the colour and style required, even adding a few finishing touches (a pearl and a movement of a stray feather) thank you Celia we will return for all our future hat needs x
