        Retired worried about cost replacing recliner leather sofa, of over 20 years. Well used including 6 Grandchildren. The leather still good as looked after. However one chair did not recline, frame a bit out of line, webbing gone & padding all over gone. Able to feel metal bar on foot rest. Seats very sunk. After making several calls chose Prem Tec. All staff friendly & felt comfortable with them in home. Kept in touch re appointments. Small problem after sofa delivered back, Graham came to sort with no bother. Sofas came back looking soooo good. Seats feel 4" higher. Frame & broken recline fixed. Cleaned as well so like new sofa. Highly recomened & thank all staff.
