        Our Dad passed away in Sept and from the moment Nicci answered the phone to us we knew we were in safe hands, totally professional aswell as compassionate and sympathetic. The feeling of having a burden of planning the funeral was taken from us and dealt with by this wonderful company. Such a lovely woman who was warm and friendly when she came to visit us. I don't want to be using them again anytime soon but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
