        Reordered a plaque that I had made several years ago. The sales team failed to advice me that they dont use oak and it would be a different wood painted a strange yellow colour to try and mimic an oak color. Cant take the brass plate off as the thread in the fixing bolt has gone. Poor customer service. Wont use a again.
