Simon was extremely helpful and honest with his service. My lock and key had broken and he sorted it all out, finding the cheapest and most effective way. He was very accommodating with timings of when to come round to fix it, which helped me out a lot. Highly recommend!

We only ever had the one key for our 2010 Vauxhall.... Never got round to making a copy - and then Monday morning we found the actual key had just snapped off somewhere and was lost! (Not that it would have been any use anymore!) Spoke to Tweed Road Motors (also great) who put us in touch with Simon at Auto keys. Gave him the relevant details and the remains of the key fob on Tuesday. Wednesday morning he had a new key made for an absolute bargain price. Totally amazed and impressed. Highly recommended.

Simon's determination, skill and commitment was apparent at all stages of this process. He said he could produce the keys and he did just that. Note these are proximity keys for a Range Rover Sport and the response when I asked the dealership for help was not entirely encouraging. To secure the car in my absence I hid the keys in a microwave, take my advice do not do this as the consequences can be very expensive. He treated the whole exercise as if it were for himself. He is to be commended. Thankyou
