It's a shame there isnt a zero stars because this is what they deserve. Unable to get appointments anymore except possibly an emergency appt. Trying to order a repeat prescription is now a major headache. Staff seem blissfully ignorant and unapologetic about the decline in service.

Sunnyside was no1 practice when I moved to clevedon but since merging with mendipvale they like the rest of the group are completely useless never any appointment spend minimum half hour on the phone to get a standard response no appointments finally get through to someone for them to say will get triage will call you but what a surprise no call sunnyside/ mendip vale shame on you !!
