        The requirement to do everything on line is discriminatory against the elderly, poor and certain medical conditions. There is no postal address provided on the Council Tax Bill to help those who find uploading difficult or have not the facilities to do it - uploading to the website is difficult. Personnel on the phone are untrained and ignorant and can not help you.

        Never answer the phone, trying to get my bins collected the 4th week in a row. Women said they'd come back to collect them but never did. Also trying to sort my council tax on as I find their website really hard to use personally but nobody answers. So frustrating because I'm going to get a big bill I cant afford to pay... help?!

        Cannot speak to anybody, have been on hold three times today for over half an hour. Terrible customer service. Trying to sort out my mum's estate, which is not easy, only to be fuelled by the terrible service where the council cannot even provide staff to answer phones. Shocking when the council tax is so high

        I cannot express what a useless bunch of incompetent, fraudulent imbeciles this council is. They don't respond to your queries and they certainly don't help you. I have been trying to sort my council tax out for ages. Captain ineptitude at the department of oxygen thieves refuses to make reasonable adjustments to my disability and keeps messing up my council tax benefits. Honestly. Just line up every council worker before a firing squad and start from fresh
