Tesco Superstore

Yet again no white seeded rolls, in fact hardly any rolls at all. No own brand cat biscuits. A few more eggs than last week but only a few. Yet again shelves being stacked with workers positioning large crates on wheels partially blocking the aisles. Over the counter meds on the regular store shelves which had to be removed. Short dates on most items which is infuriating.

Updated April 23 My comments regarding lots of items is no longer correct. Many items not in stock yet other shops have these. Good size store, lots of items, but I have found majority of staff lack good customers service delivery skills. Examples such as a staff member looking at a mobile device when walking and not looking up and a staff member who huffed when asked if they could move their trolley so a shopper could pass. Recent visits to the store have not been positive experiences. I now use Asda. Less choice but better customer service. Updated 08/01/22 I had to call into Tesco this morning and experienced a very poor reaction from a staff member in the bakery section. She would not assist and turn her back when I asked for her name. When I raised this with family they shared similar encounters with the same staff member.
