I contacted Chris back in May about the issues I had been having, after 6 months of pain, trial and error with different medication and pain relief a friend recommended him to me. Since January I had been suffering with a condition called Costochondritis which is inflammation of the chest cavity, I suffered really badly with the pain and this developed into other health conditions including Psoriatic Arthrothapy and TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) I had 24/7 pain in my chest, neck, ears, head, jaw, lower back, hands/wrists, upper arms, thighs and knees. I was on various different pain relief medication to try and tackle this but none of it seemed to work, I also suffered with nausea, extreme fatigue and lack of sleep as an effect of all of this. I eventually got put on methotrexate to help with the Arthrothapy but was told this would not work with the costochondritis. At this point I contacted Chris. Chris has been fantastic since day one, he responded to my email query the same day with a phone call and booked me in for a consultation. He identified what my issues were and put a plan in place to help me, he was very clear that he will do what he does his end but it was up to my body to do the work. Well after nearly 7 months of 24/7 pain, after the first visit with him I had 24 hours where I was free from pain, I was ecstatic! I knew this would be a long journey on the road to recovery but I knew that a Chiropractor was for me and my body. I am now 4 months into my treatment to Chris and I am feeling like a new person, at one point I never thought I would get better again and that this was something I had to live with. I get some bad days as this is something I have to adapt my life to but most of the time I feel fit and healthy. Chris has been a vital part of that journey and I couldnt recommend him enough to anyone, he is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. I look forward to my treatment at Complete health clinic and the rest of the staff are just fantastic. I dont know where I would be now if it wasnt for coming to see Chris, so if youre reading this (if you've managed to get this far through my waffling!) and wondering if its for you I would say give him a ring to have a chat and you wont regret it

Highly recommend Chris at the Complete Health Clinic! I took my four month old to be checked as he had a peculiar clunking in his shoulder. Chris was recommended by a family member who had gotten great relief from back problems through his treatments so thought he might be able to help. When we had the first treatment Chris noted a tightening through our sons neck and shoulder, and that he was also suffering from a congested tear duct. This was something hed had since birth and Id presumed entirely unrelated - he had a constant sticky eye which, despite cleaning every few hours with sterile water, doctors appointments and two courses of antibiotic drops refused to budge. Chris advised that I might find it cleared up after the adjustments. I must say I wasnt hopeful at the time! I not expected a chiropractic treatment to be able to help what the doctors had said was a bacterial infectionbut a day later the gunk lessened and the day after that it was completely clear. So thank you Chris for now being able to introduce my baby boy to people without the caveat of Hes cute but sorryhis eye looks a bit gross due to a blocked tear duct!

I had a sudden onset of lower back pain, I could barely walk and just wanted to lay down and sleep. I was signed off work for 3 weeks and prescribed painkillers by my GP. After regular treatments with Chris I am back at work, walking my dogs, on no painkillers and back being able to do everyday tasks pain-free. Chris doesn't just rush you in and out and just focus on treating one area, he asks how you are in general and genuinely cares and wants to help where he can. Its not only Chris that makes you feel welcome, but the receptionists too, they all remember you personally and are very friendly.

After suffering from sudden back pain between my shoulder blades at work one day, I searched the internet for someone to help and found Chris. I hadnt been able to stand/walk for long periods of time without my back locking out and now, with the pain between my shoulder blades I had to do something about it. Chris was fantastic. He did an assessment and discovered that my back was completely out of line. He started me on a treatment programme which involved seeing him twice a week to start with. My back is so much better and I now go every four weeks or so to have adjustments made to keep on top of things. Chris and the team are very friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend them. My husband and my father in law are now seeing him as well.
