As a new mum, support and comfort is number 1 for me. Finding Margaret has been a blessing. She comforted me, and shared with me all the first step techniques that a new mum should know, especially re breastfeeding, settling and sleep. Totally reccommended to anyone who wants hands on support, even remotely via zoom or Skype or phone. Thank you a million Margaret

Margaret was wonderful. Professional, discreet and with a great sense of humour (important at 4am when you are trying to wrestle a strong minded newborn onto your breast), Margaret made the bewildering first month as a first time parent not only manageable, but a joy. Margaret left me feeling confident and settled with my new arrival - it makes all the difference in the world to have someone so experienced, and calm, helping you navigate baby's first weeks, and to a good night's sleep when needed. If you want Margaret to come to your house you must book well in advance as, being brilliant, she is much in demand. If she is fully booked, or if it's more convenient, you can always book into her online Saturday clinic. I found the Zoom calls which I booked as a follow up after she left to be hugely helpful and reassuring to check in on my baby's progress, have any questions answered and discuss how I can tweak her routine as she moves through the developmental milestones. We all miss Margaret, myself, partner and dog - but most especially my little daughter who now expects foot massages when she has her nappy changed ... Thank you Margaret - see you for the next addition :)

Margarets help has been absolutely invaluable. She has mainly helped with sleep but also feeding. Margaret is hugely knowledgeable and listens to the needs of the parents and adapts her a advice accordingly. A friend suggested a night nanny and I will be eternally grateful for that advice. Its such a difficult time and having someone guide you through is hugely reassuring. I cannot recommend Margaret highly enough. If you are contemplating getting help, Margaret is the person you need.

Margaret offered us remote support for a period of two weeks when our baby was 7 months old and we were struggling with multiple night time wakings and general exhaustion. Her support has had a hugely positive effect on our lives. The sleep training was HARD WORK, requiring a lot of patience and calm in the face of a lot of crying, and sticking to a pretty strict schedule in order to get our daughter in to a good rhythm. It definitely didn't 'work' immediately, but about 2 months since we first met Margaret, our daughter now wakes only once many nights, and has long naps in the day, and we are miles better off than we were when we found Margaret. We felt really secure in her experience and advice, and she was available pretty much round the clock to advise. We found the FaceTime calls particularly helpful as a way to review and plan. Would recommend - and say to trust the process!

Margaret joined us a few days after the arrival of our first baby, when we were feeling completely exhausted and overwhelmed after a relatively complicated delivery. From the moment she joined us the experience of being new parents changed: her calm manner, relaxed approach and confident handling of the situation meant we could really start to enjoy our baby girl! Margaret helped me to establish breastfeeding (which is still going strong) and allowed both of us to get some much needed rest. She was a joy to have in our home, present when we needed her, but with a wonderful ability to give us space to bond as a family as well. We were sad to see her leave, not just because we were in for less sleep, but because we really enjoyed having her around! However, she left us feeling calm and confident with our little girl, and hoping to see her again in the future!
