Stumbled upon this place looking for somewhere for lunch. Really helpful staff who asked another recently arrived table if they would be able to move so they could accommodate our family of four which was much appreciated. Food and coffee were good and served quickly with a smile. Whats not to like?

Small place, but so many people inside and outside. Watresses were really busy, running around like crazy, but still available to help on every request. Food was amazing, coffee was awesome, great quality. That's the positives. Negatives: as amazing as the breakfast was, waiting for over an hour for food was too much, anyone would get impatient. I appreciate it was super busy, but still. I don't appreciate restaurants that add gratuity payments automatically to the final bill, this should be a customer's choice as a reckognition of service. The waitress was amazing and I wanted to give her a tip which was actually higher that the one they forced me to pay. If the service was inadequate but I would still have to pay 10% on top, just because, I'd be really aggravated. Wasn't the case, again, the service was really good, but it could be.
