Formerly the Rock House & Royal Pier Hotel, built in 1823, this fine Grade 2 listed building has recently been converted to top quality apartments with a frontal parking area and secure entrance. Thankfully, despite various attempts to pave the way for it's demolition around the millenium, with huge local support the building was saved and restored to the excellent state we can enjoy to see today. The views towards the pier and across the Severn estuary towards South Wales are unrivalled.
