        Wednesday morning 9th. February. Google says your open. The web site says your open, but your not. Had the morning off apparently! Not good.

        Terrible service - actually lied to me about parcel restrictions due to COVID19 . I needed to send 14 parcels for my business customers, was told there was a 2 parcel per day limit per person (I called Royal Mail Head Office who confirmed I'd been given false information and that no such rule was in place). Total waste of my time and my customers. In the end I went with Hermes. Rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy. AVOID!
